Experience : 15+

a. Strategic:

• Business/Project wise strategy design & execution
• Tailoring of Process & systems as per Project requirements
• Supports to Site Security Head
• Coordinate with Business wise Stakeholder
• To innovate and design security-based system.

b. Operational:

• Risk Assessment & Gap identification for development of Security.
• Root Cause analysis of incidents & Process
• Ensure implementation of Group Security Compliance
• Identify resource requirements and getting approval from management.
• Investigation & Intelligence management
• Budgeting, Invoice management
• Support development of Fire safety process & infra at Sites.
• Technology planning & execution
• Optimum management of outsourced security personnel
• Identify requirements and purchase of security equipment.
• Effective security department administration and operation
• Inculcation of sense of discipline amongst officers & outsourced personnel
• Day to day support to business interest for development / improvement

c. People Development & Growth:

• Training of outsource manpower as per company requirement.
• Organized Security Awareness program for contractor labours and Officers
