Manager - Material Control

Engineering Degree with 10years+ experience in Material control with similiar Industries

Collaboration with Project, EPC, Procurement, Suppliers & finance team for overall Material Management control.

Researching potential vendors and negotiating prices.

Working with management to identify supply needs.

Recommending solutions to existing processes to reduce waste and increase quantity.

Recording and assessing all materials quality, movement, and expenditure.

Managing the distribution of supplies in the organization.

Preparing MTO and Material allocation to different Vendors

Review and finalization of 03 month Look Ahead Plan for Material Requirements

Collaborating with management to plan forecasting models.

Overseeing and supporting subordinates and new employees.

Preparing and filing detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and vendors.

Resolve labor and material shortages, backlogs and other potential schedule interruptions

Designing and maintaining department budgets.

Command on Coordination with logistics & expediting.

Proven managerial experience in line with Project priorities.

Solid Understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.

Contractor Store Inventory Management and Tracking along with related Resources

Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes. Repeat
