Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Inventory management , supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field
- 6-10 years of experience in store management,
- Proven track record of effectively managing inventory and implementing efficient storage and dispatch processes
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet material requirements
- Manage and oversee the receipt, identification, storage, and issuance of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to effectively track and monitor stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring timely replenishment
- Coordinate with procurement and production departments to forecast material requirements and ensure availability as per production schedules
- Supervise the dispatch of materials to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and identify any variances or discrepancies
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inventory valuation and support financial reporting requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in material handling and storage
- Lead and develop a high-performing store team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
