Job Description
- We are hiring a business development manager, who should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business.
- Experience In Software Product/Services sales.
- Experience in selling ERP/MES/Software to manufacturing/services companies and having pharma domain is an added advantage.
- Excellent expertise in Sales for IT Services - Web / Software Development Services, Mobile App, Website designing and Document Management System (DMS), etc,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and industry-specific analysis software.
- Having experience with Japanese clients is an added advantage.
- Good Time Management and Planning skills.
Requirements
- Understanding customer needs and requirements and perform effective online demonstration to prospective clients
- Plan, develop and oversee the overall business development strategy and should have strong negotiation skills
- Understand the target markets including industry, company, project, contacts and suggest the market strategies that can be used to attract clients.
- Possess a strong understanding of our products, our competition in the industry and positioning
- Strong understanding and execution of Contracts, Agreements, SLAs
- Responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Establish and improve the business development processes.
- Passionate in building a strong and energetic business development team.
- Have good understanding of billing and pricing knowledge
- Experience and knowledge in social media marketing and go to marketing strategies.
