Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team of consultancy firm.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve more business.
• making bills on time and follow up with clients
• keeping Track of new projects and existing projects accounting system
• maintaining book of accounting records
• ensure cash flow by timely billing and follow up
• automate salary accounting system and leave management
• good working knowledge about GST, TDS, Credit Note, Tally , Professional tax, provident Fund and its implementation.
• Maintaining staffing
• maintaining better staff management and timely recruitment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, and in house staff.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing and invoicing.
• Utilize accounting tools like Tally, Zoho (like ERP/SAP) and have a strong understanding of GST and taxation for accurate financial management related to consulting segment.

Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, CA-accounting, Bcom/Mcom Accounts specialisation.
• Minimum 7+ yrs of accounting and similar experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using accounting tools like Tally, preparation invoices, Eway Bill related to Goods transportation etc., .
• In-depth understanding of GST and taxation.

Desired Skills

• Experience in using CRM , tally, attendance system etc., software.
• Knowledge of market research and sales forecasting tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
