Project Execution - SPM/PM/APM/MEP/Project Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage project execution from site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project progress.
  
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-12 years of experience in "Corporate Interior FitOut" with expertise in project Execution, estimation, planning & scheduling.
  
• Strong understanding of Interiors & Civil, knowledge of MEP work an added advantage.
• Corporate Interior Fitout Experience is Must.
• Candidates with 15 days Notice or Immediate joiners are preferred.
