Sales support executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support Sales Team: Assist the sales team in achieving targets and improving productivity.
• Review Salesperson Performance: Monitor and assess the performance of sales staff to identify areas for improvement.
• Generate Reports: Utilize advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP to analyze sales data and generate detailed reports.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers via phone and email, offering exceptional communication to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Payment Follow-Up: Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and streamline the payment process.
• Collaborate with Sales Coordination: Work alongside the sales coordination team to resolve any issues related to order fulfillment.
• Desired Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 0-5 years in a similar role or industry, preferably in BPO/Call Centre.
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills, including expertise in HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective customer interactions.
