Assistant Manager Marketing & Business Development ( Bank/ NBFC )

Role & responsibilities :

• Candidate will be responsible for Direct/Open sourcing of Secured/Unsecured Loan from the market
• Enhancing the existing channels/ develop alternate sourcing channels
• Generating leads through local links or personal visits
• Running successful marketing/ sales campaigns

Preferred candidate profile :

• Work experience in similar profile in banks/ NBFCs; Experience in running successful marketing/ sales campaigns; leadership and interpersonal skills with knowledge of various loan products
• Should have 1-3 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in SME loans, hire purchase finance, vehicle loan, equipment sales etc
• Should be passionate about rapidly building strong relationships with existing and new partners
• Should have demonstrated experience in relationship building and excellent communications and presentation skills
• Has a strong delivery and end result orientation. Passionate about meeting targets.
• Self-driven with high level of integrity
• Graduate or MBA preferred
• Excellent Negotiation & communications skills
• Immediate Joiners are preferred.
