What youll be doing
We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin.We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our payment operations team for a fixed contract. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible to set up and operate processes across banking/ Non-Banking products, maintain SLAs and handle internal and external escalations. This role will be core to the way we run our business in the most compliant manner while delivering best in class experience to our customers. The role offers you an excellent opportunity to work closely with product,operations and CX teams and develop cross functional exposure.
Transaction Monitoring:
Manage payment experience including monitoring payment processing systems and resolving payment issues and exceptions in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor partner performance success rates across banks, payment gateways, and partners and continually improve the same through operational initiatives.
Coordination with vendors, internal and external stakeholders for day-to-day operations be accountable for end-to-end case handling of failed transactions, including analysis of error codes,working with the product team and banking partners for potential fixes, and if required, communicating to customers via the customer service team.
Keep an eye on financial transactions to spot any unusual patterns.
Learn to investigate and analyze alerts generated by our or partner fraud detection systems.
Gain experience in preparing reports on suspected fraud cases.
Managing operations of the payment systems, such as checking figures in the reconciliation process for the flow of funds between CheQ and the partners.
Keep accurate records of incidents and investigations
Collaboration:
Work closely with different teams to share insights and information.
Participate in team meetings to learn about emerging fraud trends.
Requirements
Requirements

2 to 3 years experience in payment systems and partnership management
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Basic understanding of regulations and compliance standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to to work collaboratively.
Any Bachelors degree.
