Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities and adherence to processes.
  
• Oversee branch administration, including staff management, training, and development.
  
• Handle admissions and enrollments for various programs offered by the center.
  
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders, including students, parents, and internal teams.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in branch handling or management in education industry (edtech preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of branch banking operations and ability to manage cash transactions accurately.
  
• Excellent branch supervision skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective team leadership and strategy implementation.
