Role & responsibilities

1Control the quality of products from the incoming stage to service life of Products.

2 Handling the customer complaints and prepare CAPA Report.

3 Trouble shooting for internal quality issues.

4 Generate COA of finish products.

5 Complete documentation as QMS need.

6 Provide training to juniors and focus to enhance team skills continuously.

7 Handle the internal and external audits.

8 Leading the section and reporting to QC Head

9 Knowledge of pigment based color masterbatches quality test procedures.

10 Knowledge about quality control at incoming, in-process, finish good and PDI stages.

11 Complete knowledge of documentation.

12 Knowledge of Instruments used in paint, pigment & analytical application

13 Good communication in English & Hindi

14 Good computer proficiency
