Position: Chartered Accountant
Experience: 0-3 Years
Location: Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements as per schedule III of Companies Act, 2013 including notes to accounts for the group companies at regular intervals.
• Monthly closing activities for MIS Reporting - Investors, Internal stakeholders, Lenders and compliance with the relevant regulatory bodies
• Financial management, including statutory compliance, budget and forecast preparation, as well as the development of internal control policies and procedures
• Managing Internal and Statutory audits, coordinating with the auditors, liaise with auditors and ensure timely closure of external audits
• Tax Planning and overall tax compliance for all group entities. Preparation of response/details for scrutiny cases
• Ensuring timely payment and filing of direct and Indirect taxes & returns
• Representing/ liaising with various tax authorities at different levels - GST (Commissioner);
  Income Tax Authority (Assistant commissioner); VAT & Service Tax (Commissioner)
• Handling the income tax assessment work of Group Companies and appearing before the
  assessing authorities; coordinating with various Tax Authorities and following up

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Chartered Accountant qualified in first/second attempt
• Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards(Ind-AS) mandatory
• Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting; independent
  handling of both Direct tax, Indirect tax, Income tax, and related compliances
• Strong quantitative, financial and analytical skills; experience compiling data and financial
  information
• Strong communication skills (oral, written, presentation); demonstrated strong
  interpersonal skills
• High degree of professionalism, with the ability to manage internal and external
  relationships
