Job Description
- Develop and execute communication and change management strategies to ensure successful Salesforce adoption, utilizing innovative techniques and tools.
- Collaborate closely with regional sales enablement and functional teams to ensure consistency and adherence to global standards for Salesforce communication and change capabilities.
- Leverage Trailhead and gamification techniques to boost user engagement, facilitate Salesforce adoption, and increase user proficiency.
- Develop & maintain comprehensive training materials, including videos and e-learnings, to ensure thorough user understanding and effective training.
- Conduct detailed Salesforce walkthroughs and hands-on sessions to facilitate better understanding and usage among stakeholders.
- Identify, track, and analyze key indicators of Salesforce adoption and business outcomes to measure success and inform continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and identify opportunities to enhance business value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met through effective communication.
- Bachelors degree in a must.
- Minimum of 7 -10 years of relevant experience..
- Proven experience in communication and change management strategies, including the application of innovative techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams from project initiation to completion.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
- MBA from top-tiered institute.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience leading or mentoring team members.
