Knowledge of Pipe Industry / Tube Industry (Cold Rolling, Hot Rolling). Also Automobile Industry.

• Knowledge of Pilger ERW & CEW tooling Rolls, mandrel & Die assembly. Also new tool parts procurement.
• Work on Pilger HE, CH, WE, YD, (LG20, LG30, LG50, LG60,LG75,LG120) LH, RH etc. Tooling from Bottom

line Sound knowledge of Pilger, ERW & CEW.

• Well Know about Pilger tubes problem & remedies. Also CEW, ERW.
• Knowledge of indusial handling of SRM Tooling, Final Seamless Pipe Problem, Remedies. Tool Maintenance

Tool Readyness, Spare stock maintain as per production plan. New tool spare parts procurements.

• Good Knowledge of all Tool Room machine run from material cutting to Final tool making, machine

maintenance, plan, manpower training. cutting tools selection.

• Knowledge of Insert, machine Tool, Drill, End Mill, various Types of cutter, cutting tools, hand tools etc.
• Working on conventional Machine ,SPM machine CNC Machine like band saw, Lathe, Milling, M1TR, Radial

Drill, CNC, S/C Grinding ,Lapping, Honning etc.

• Well knowledge of all measuring Instrument, as well as special quality instrument in pipe industry.
• Daily touching with Assembly, conventional auto machine, instrument.
• Well knowledge of Tapping, Threading, tolerances, fitting like Bearing, Roll, Dies etc.
• Knoweldge of all Hand Tools & Hydrolic Pnumatic Tools.
• Knowledge of Metals & Material uses. & Material Hardning, Annling, Tempring Procces.
• Daily utilization of man, machine and materials, remove scrap, unnecessary spares parts.
• ROLL & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare daily & weekly plan and review of work as per management schedule.
• • Allocate resources needed (Manpower, Tool, machine, Sub-Contractor etc.)
• • Review updating budget of department and compare against actual expenditures.
• • Follow up with Engineering and review drawings.
• • Daily follow up with Tool procurement and review quotations.
• • Follow up with machine shop and running stage of tooling components.
• • Prepare inspection requests for mechanical items works and submit to consultant.
• • Production issues coordinated with design & Production teams and resolved all technical issues.
• • New projects develop, design & manufacturing in Tool Room for smooth production.
• • Follow up with supplier of tools raw material for the manufacturing of tool as per procurement with
• production department.
• • Know about the daily activity of Tool room machines & also production toolings.
• • In this organization handling Tool Room & Tooling department documentation & Preparations for Audit
• Document (IATF 16949:2016, ISO etc.) budget, purchase requisition, GRN, MIS, consumable material
• requirement & maintain a department stock as per monthly requirement.
• • Co-ordinate with customer, quality dept. for achieving production targets & timely delivery of orders.
• • Know about the vendor development for uploading the other operations of tooling’s.
• • Involving & attending the management meeting for regular target, customer issues & new development
• tooling.
• • Providing training, guidelines, and work instructions to workers.
• • Implementation or maintain of 5S, TPM, KAIZEN &Maintaining safe working environments & good
• housekeeping on shop floor.
