Job Description

  1. Duties and Responsibilities of Executive- Internal Quality Assurance Centre (IQAC)

  1. Collect, organise, clean, analyse and maintain all NAAC / NBA / ABET assessment and
    accreditation relevant data
  2. Based on the collected data, prepare reports and presentations on various NAAC / NBA /
    ABET quantitative metrics and improvement initiatives.
  3. Maintain and organize all necessary documents, records, and evidence required for NAAC /
    NBA / ABET assessment, including minutes of meetings, audit reports, and feedback
    mechanisms.
  4. Develop and maintain the institutional database through management information system
    (MIS) for the purpose of maintaining /enhancing the institutional quality.
  5. Integrate technology in the documentation and reporting processes to streamline data
    management and enhance efficiency.
  6. Conduct periodical stakeholder satisfaction survey on various institutional assessment and
    accreditation aspects and provide feedback
  7. Liaising with regulatory bodies and accreditation agencies and preparing reports and
    documentation to demonstrate the institution's compliance with Accreditation standards
  8. Submission of Quality Assurance Report (QAR) to regulatory bodies and accreditation
    agencies
  9. Familiar with One Nation One Data (ONOD) platform for report submission activities
  10. Coordinate the preparation of the Self-Accreditation Report (SAR) for accreditation purposes.
  11. Ensure that the institution is fully prepared for the Accreditation agency peer team visit by
    organizing necessary documents, presentations, and tours.
  12. Coordinate with various institutional schools, academic and administrative departments to
    ensure they are ready to present their activities and achievements to the peer team.
  13. Provide on-ground support during the peer team visit, including facilitating interactions,
    document presentations, and logistical arrangements.
  14. Maintain communication with regulatory bodies and accreditation bodies authorities as
    needed, providing updates and responding to their queries.
  15. Coordinate the process of re-accreditation, ensuring that the institution remains compliant
    with accreditation bodies evolving standards.

Essential Qualification:

Bachelors Degree from a recognised institution with at least 60% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale [Preferred Bachelor of Data Science].


Essential Experience:

  1. At least 5 yrs progressive familiarity in HEIs assessment and accreditation framework [NAAC/NBA/ ABET], educational quality assurance, academic administration, or related areas
  2. Proficiency in collecting, analysing, visualising and reporting institutional data for accreditation.
  3. Excellent skill in Advanced excel for huge data processing and analysing
  4. Familiarity with ICT tools and platforms for data management, online submission of reports, and continuous monitoring of accreditation metrics
  5. Familiar with national digital framework for good governance (e.g. NDEAR), future digital campus of HEIs (e.g. SAMARTH), as well as AISHE Portal, Digi locker and Academic Bank of Credits etc.
  6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation and analysis (Power BI, Tableau, etc)
  7. Ability to interpret data trends and suggest improvements in academic and administrative processes.
  8. Experience in effectively liaising with all internal stakeholders, including faculty, students, leadership, and external agencies.
  9. Successful supervisory experience in a people-oriented environment
  10. Good working knowledge of Rules & Regulations of Universities, Statutory Councils/ Bodies/ UGC/ AICTE/ MoE.
  11. Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  12. Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.
