Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control all production activities to meet quality standards.
  
• Oversee daily shop floor operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
  
• Develop and implement effective production schedules to meet customer demands.
  
• Collaborate with design teams to develop new products and improve existing ones.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in apparel manufacturing or related field (garment production).
  
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (B.Tech/B.E. in Production/Industrial or B.Tech/B.E. in Textile).
  
• Strong knowledge of garment merchandising, garment manufacturing processes, and textile materials.
  
• Proficiency in factory production management systems and warehouse operations.
