Position Summary:
- As a Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for our clients.
- You will collaborate closely with the proposal-making team, sales, and account management to ensure successful client outcomes.
- Should know Lead Generation ( MQL, Lead Conversion Rate, CPL), Social Media Engagement, Campaign Performance (ROI, CTR), Website Optimization (Conversion Rate, Bounce Rate, Session Duration, Lead Flow), Content Performance (Organic reach, SEO Impact, Content Engagement), Profit Margin Achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Strategy Development:
- Analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to develop tailored marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the proposal-making team to define marketing objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans, including tactics, timelines, and budgets.
Proposal Development:
- Work closely with the proposal-making team to document and present marketing strategies effectively.
- Ensure that proposals are clear, concise, and compelling.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and visuals for proposals.
Client Communication:
- Participate in client calls and meetings to understand their requirements and address their concerns.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain open communication channels.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients throughout the marketing process.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and align marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, design) to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing strategy or a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in a B2B.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Experience in proposal writing and presentation development.
- Excellent communication skills.
