Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Oversee HR generalist activities such as employee data management, benefits administration, and compliance with company policies.
  
• Conduct performance appraisals, exit interviews, and grievance handling to ensure a positive work environment.
  
• Ensure seamless execution of HR operations including payroll processing, leave administration, attendance management, and training & development programs.
  
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and induction programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
