Key Responsibilities:
Classroom Management and Instruction

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary school students in subjects such as English, Math, Science, and Social Studies, based on the curriculum.
Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment to ensure the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
Evaluate students' progress through assessments, quizzes, and project work.
Student Development and Support

Act as the primary point of contact for a group of students, providing emotional and academic support.
Foster a caring, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported and valued.
Identify students individual learning needs and provide tailored support or differentiation where necessary.
Parent and Guardian Communication

Regularly communicate with parents or guardians to provide updates on student progress, behavior, and achievements.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss academic reports, developmental milestones, and behavior.
Provide advice to parents on how to support their child's learning and development at home.
Lesson Planning and Curriculum Design

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, activities, and projects that promote active learning and critical thinking.
Integrate educational technology tools to enhance lesson delivery and student engagement.
Maintain lesson records and student portfolios.
Classroom Environment

Ensure the classroom is well-organized, clean, and conducive to learning.
Create a visually stimulating classroom that reflects the learning themes, student projects, and achievements.
Ensure that safety and discipline are maintained within the classroom environment.
Co-Curricular Activities

Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, and celebrations.
Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities to develop their interests and talents.
Help in organizing and conducting field trips, workshops, and special learning sessions.
Assessment and Feedback

Regularly assess and track student performance to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Provide constructive feedback to students to help them grow academically and personally.
Maintain records of student assessments, achievements, and attendance.
Professional Development

Attend teacher training workshops, seminars, and educational conferences to stay updated on teaching methods and child development.
Collaborate with other faculty members to share resources, teaching strategies, and improve the overall quality of education.
