Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff is a key strategic partner and advisor to the Founder, ensuring the studios priorities and initiatives are effectively managed and executed. This role involves shadowing the founders in the everyday management of their schedules along with prioritising of engagements and activities.

1. Manage high impact projects directly supporting the Founders

2. Act as a trusted advisor to the Founder, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.

3. Prepare briefing materials, presentations and reports for meetings and engagements.

4. Optimize workflows and processes across functions to improve studios effectiveness.

5. Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals.

6. Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

7. Represent the studio in high-level discussions and strategic partnerships.

8. Providing administrative support to the Leadership Team for managing schedules, appointments, information and communication

- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or management.

- Min. 3-5 years of experience in a leadership, strategy role.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
