Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Franchise Development: Identify and assess potential franchise opportunities aligned with company goals.
  • Franchise Growth: Explore new regions for expansion, manage inquiries, and guide partners through on boarding.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to boost franchise inquiries and conversions.
  • Lead Generation: Develop strategies to engage and convert leads into successful partnerships.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with franchisees for their ongoing success.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitors to refine business strategies.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales and franchise acquisition targets to drive company growth.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate terms with prospects.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work with internal teams to enhance processes and performance.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather insights from franchisees and customers to recommend service improvements.
  • Training & Support: Support and train new franchisees to ensure successful operations.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budgeting and forecasting for business development initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or related fields (BDE/BDM).
  • Strong understanding of Sales Management, Business Development, Client Relationship Management, Lead Management, Online Lead Generation, Business Generation, Customer Acquisition, Revenue Generation, New Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Desired Candidate skills:

  • Experience: 2-5 years.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Business Development Experience preferred.
  • Languages English, Hindi and Telugu.
  • 6 days working.
  • Shift Timing: 9:00am to 6:00pm.

Mode of Interview: Onsite Interview

Location: Gachibowli, Telangana.
