Senior Executive-HVAC Sales & Project Management

We are looking for a Senior Executive- HVAC Sales & Project Management in HVAC Division.

Base Location: Pune

The Job description is as follows:

Business Development, Sales & Marketing

• Sales of HVAC Products like Breeze Air- Evaporative coolers, CW- Refrigeration
• Identifying and developing new streams/ applications for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeated / referral business.
• Meeting to Architects, HVAC consultant, MEP consultants, PMCs, Client for product introduction and Make approval.
• Lead/Enquiry Generation, Presentation, Business Meetings, Site Visit, understanding customer application & requirement, taking all required input , converting it into business revenue & follow ups.
• Taking part in various trade fairs / exhibition to market and promote products.
• Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by achieving delivery & service quality norms.
• Responsible for overall sales, preparation of sales (Booking, Billing, collection) report on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Project Management

• Estimation of Project and Execution of multiple project sites.
• Conducting Kick off meetings internally and with customer.
• Attending all site meetings and prioritize the requirements.
• Making Modification as per site discussion, Incorporating changes in Site Drawings, Making as built drawing, participation in measurement process on site, certifying the bills from site engineer of customer, submitting bills to account department and payment collection.
• Quality check of the work done by the Labours and rectify the mistakes if found any. Make sure that your workers are following proper safety measures.
• Attending site meetings, review meetings and share any issues if we have at site.

Team Management:

• Regular coordination with Design team, commercial staff and service engineers for installation and commissioning.
• Team Building, Manage the entire Sales and Project team.
