Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
  
• Select appropriate cutting tools based on material type, size, shape, and desired finish.
  
• Monitor machine performance during production runs to ensure optimal results.
  
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery operation or part quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience operating CNC machines.
  
• Strong understanding of CNC programming principles using G-code language.
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation accurately.
  
• Proficiency in selecting appropriate cutting tools for various materials and applications.
