Sr / Lead Java Developer

Skills Required with 6+ Years experience
The ideal candidate should be able to analyze business requirements, think critically and if needed outside also the box, explore the code base independently and contribute with the suitable technical solution.
When needed, candidate should be capable to make architectural decisions.
In addition, the candidate should have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable to guide other team members.
Technical requirements:
Must have:
o Developing actively with Java at least 5 years in customer projects
o Developing actively with Java Spring Boot at least 3 years
o Working with Linux server at least 3 years
o Strong experience in Git commands
o Strong experience with Redis
o Strong experience with MySQL
Nice to have:
o Strong experience in Splunk logs and queries
o Experience with IntelliJ
o Experience with GitBash
o Experience with Ansible scripting
o Experience with AWS servers
