AI Developer (Gemini & Vertex AI Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Deploy AI Models: Utilize Gemini and Vertex AI to design, train, and optimize advanced AI/ML models.
Integration and Automation: Create pipelines and integrations with existing cloud-based systems (e.g., GCP, BigQuery) for scalable deployment.
Custom Solutions: Develop custom ML models for use cases like predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure seamless data pipelines, ETL processes, and model readiness.
Experimentation and Tuning: Perform hyperparameter tuning, A/B testing, and model evaluations to achieve optimal performance.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Write clear, concise technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with Google Vertex AI and Gemini AI (or similar LLM platforms). Strong Python and ML frameworks expertise (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). Familiarity with API development and integration (e.g., REST, gRPC).
5. Cloud Expertise: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including BigQuery, DataFlow, and AI APIs. Understanding of cloud infrastructure, serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
8. AI/ML Specialization: Proven experience in building NLP, computer vision, and/or recommendation models. Knowledge of training LLMs, fine-tuning, and deploying generative AI solutions.
11. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with AutoML and Vertex Pipelines.
Experience in deploying containerized ML models using Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or TFX.
Certification in Google Cloud or AI-related domains
