Infrastructure support - Zabbix

1.Experience with designing and engineering solutions to monitor critical systems and network infrastructure across a wide array of technologies and platforms
2.In-depth experience on Zabbix , intermediate knowledge on other monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, Splunk etc.
3.Experience with Windows and Linux operating system management and administration
4.Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and clear, strong understanding of network concepts / services
5.Strong understanding of multi-tier application architectures and application runtime environments
6.Strong understanding of workflow management and ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
