Senior UX Designer

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a user-centered design professional who can translate complex business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically appealing digital experiences. The Senior UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams, including UI designers, developers, managers, and onshore stakeholders, to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute UX design strategies to create user-centric digital solutions.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to drive design decisions.
Develop wireframes, user flows, personas, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with UI designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to optimize and improve existing designs.
Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX best practices.
Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Mentor and guide junior UX designers within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors or Master s degree and additionally any training or certification in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field would be preferred.
6+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile applications is a must.
Strong proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, etc.
Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in HTML, CSS, Javascript and React.
Knowledge of basic to intermediate levels in Database technologies and Web technologies would be preferred.
Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and methodologies.
Deep understanding of accessibility, associated standards and technologies such as WCAG, ADA, etc.
Experience with usability testing, user research, and data-driven design improvements.
Experience with AI driven technologies, working with Agile methods and VO interfaces will be a plus.
Knowledge in the use of JIRA is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills using multiple methods.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Should be ready/flexible to work in shifts.
