Job Description
- Lead the UX design process from concept to final implementation.
- Conduct user research, analyze customer needs, and define personas.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to illustrate ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to align design goals with business objectives.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Advocate for accessibility and usability standards in all designs.
- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX Designer , Product Designer , or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar software .
- Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and A/B testing.
- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think from a userperspective.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
