Your future duties and responsibilities
• Architectural Design: Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java applications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Code Review: Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Integration: Oversee the integration of third-party services and APIs, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks and scalability issues within existing systems.
• Documentation: Create and maintain architectural documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with industry trends and evaluate new technologies and frameworks to enhance the existing architecture.
Qualifications:
• Good experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java technologies (Java SE, Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services).
• Proven experience in designing and implementing microservices architectures.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
