Role and responsibilities:

1) Handle Core resourcing activities like allocation; staffing plan with the business.

2) Manage Ramp-downs and ramp-ups effectively

3) Provide management with capability; forecast and headcount data to plan for all their staffing needs

4) Demand and Supply Management along with maximum utilization of available resources by proper allocation and resource management

5) Partner with managers to retain; develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.

6) Working with business groups assess; create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives within client groups

7) Work with onsite counterparts as well for potential onshore opportunities for offshore members

8) Handle employee grievances and provide counselling with respect to career path within the scope of the role

9) Proven skill in the operation and utilization of softwares such as Microsoft Word for Windows PowerPoint  Excel & Macros  etc

10) Closely coordinate with the Pre-sales / Engagement Directors to understand future incoming business. Monitor progress of requisitions with recruitment team and ensure back up offers are made on time

Preferred candidate profile : BBA, BCOM, BSC, BA. (Year of pass out - 2022,2023,24)
