Enterprise Architect

Job Summary:
As an Enterprise Architect, you will lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide architecture strategies that align business objectives with technology solutions. You will provide strategic and tactical guidance to stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of systems, processes, and data across the organization. With a strong focus on scalability, security, and innovation, you will drive the design of a robust IT ecosystem that supports long-term business growth. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks, emerging technologies, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and evolution of the enterprise technology portfolio.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop roadmaps for system modernization and digital transformation.
Define and document current and future state architectures, including application, data, integration, security, and infrastructure layers.
Assess and recommend technologies, platforms, and tools to optimize business processes and technology investments.
Ensure the scalability, security, and resilience of the organization s IT infrastructure and applications.
Support budget planning and resource allocation for architecture initiatives.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams, including solution architects and technical leads.
Drive governance processes to ensure adherence to architectural principles and standards.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT, including 5+ years in an enterprise or solution architecture role.
Proficiency in designing architectures across application, data, infrastructure, and integration layers.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid cloud solutions.
Solid understanding of data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Proven experience with digital transformation, system modernization, and legacy migration projects.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences.
Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues..
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or SAFe Architect.
Experience with enterprise tools for architecture modeling and planning).
Experience with enterprise-scale landing zone architecture.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
