SAP SuccessFactors Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of SAP SuccessFactors applications through rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and validation of system configurations. You will work closely with functional teams, business users, and developers to identify issues, conduct test cases, and ensure that the SAP SuccessFactors suite meets business requirements and functions smoothly after implementation or upgrades.

Experience:
2-4 years of experience testing SAP SuccessFactors applications, with a strong focus on functional testing, regression testing, and system integrations.
Experience in testing SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, etc.).
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Center, ALM).
Experience with defect tracking and management.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors architecture and core functionality.
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors configurations and customizations.
Experience with integration testing (e.g., data flows between SuccessFactors and other systems).
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying for validating test data.
Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g., Worksoft, Selenium) is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset for detecting and troubleshooting system issues.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors data migration and data validation processes.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and testing within an Agile framework.
Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
Knowledge of HR processes and business workflows.
