Senior Manager-Production

1. Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Manage production resources efficiently, including manpower, machinery, and material

2.Continuously monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and optimize resource utilization. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve overall throughput.

3. Ensure the production of high-quality instrument transformers by maintaining strict adherence to quality control processes, standards, and specifications. Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any deviations or defects.

4.Lead, train, and motivate the production team, ensuring high levels of productivity and a focus on safety and quality. Foster a positive work environment and encourage a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

5.Coordinate with the procurement and inventory management teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Maintain accurate inventory records and prevent production delays due to material shortages.

6.Ensure that all production activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a strong safety culture on the shop floor and implement corrective measures in case of any safety concerns.

7.Liaise with other departments, including R&D, Quality, Procurement, and Sales, to ensure smooth product flow and address any cross-functional issues that may arise.

8.Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
