Sr. Executive - Production

responsible for Shift Activities to ensure targeted production and maximize overall equipment effectiveness of machine , Also responsible for achieving 100% capacity utilization manpower productivity by manning all the machines , controlling tools change overtime , through Adherence to Production & Planning Schedule , CGPS , TPM and Lean six sigma,5S system and housekeeping.

Reporting to the Production Incharge Appraising him about ongoing activities. Status of production against plans.

Provide leadership to stamping business at Ahmednagar to ensure achievement of three years business plan through;

1. Maximising utilization of resources such as Man, Machine & Material.
2. Lead Production Planning and Manufacturing Activities of the Shift .
3. Achiving the Production target Effectively ,safely and smoothly

Reduce / Control rejection levels

Lead & manage the team of employees by & creating trust worthy culture to achieve objectives & Managing Interal and External stakeholders for mutually beneficial relationships and manage crises situation effectively.

Lead & drive manufacturing excellence projects in the areas of slitting, HS /notching punching, through TPM.

B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical) with minimum 5-6 yrs experience. Out of total experience, at least 1-2 yrs of experience in handling Production shif
