Job Description
1. Study and revert to customer technical specifications. 2. If require get involve in customer discussions for technical query resolution. 3. Preparation of technical offer meeting customer performance requirements. 4. Prepare cost sheet based on past reference job (SAP and drawings) and latest rate chart. 5. Finalization of final electrical design once receives the order. 6. Design material content reduction or usage of alternative material to reduce overall cost. 7. Release of electrical BOM in SAP (MM01/MM02) and other manufacturing documents for motor manufacturing. 8. Take care of Hazardous area motor design and coordinate for testing for specific region. 9. Take care of any supplier or shop floor issues for released design. 10. Design review/verification/validation. 11. New concept/product design based on market/customer requirement.
