Manage preparation and monitoring of Divisional Balanced Score card by coordination with all stakeholders

Support Lean Implementation
Support sustenance of business processes
Roll out of BCP exercise to all units /Review of Status of mitigation or recovery plans of BCM exercise at Units / Completion of Business continuty Management system
"Coordinate as SPOC for Railway business for ESGOntime ESG reporting Scope 3 assessment of suppliers and customer - Assessment of top 75% Suppliers and Customers (by value basis) on ESG parameters - no. of Audits"
