Trainee - Marketing

To get order input from concern regions in line with division requirement. Preparing of cost effective tenders against customer requirement. Collection of debtors against outstanding. Ensure MSR in line with budgeted MSR. Visit customers for techno commercial discussions and order conversions.

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee - Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level role is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including market research, content creation, digital marketing, event management, and brand strategy. The Marketing Trainee will assist in the execution of marketing initiatives while learning from experienced professionals and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Research:

Assist in gathering and analyzing market data to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Support the team in creating customer profiles and identifying target audiences.
Content Creation:

Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, blog articles, and newsletters.
Support in editing and proofreading content for various platforms to ensure high-quality communication.
Digital Marketing Support:

Help with the management of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Support email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and analysis of performance metrics.
Assist in website updates and SEO (Search Engine Optimization) activities.
Campaign Assistance:

Support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns.
Track and report on campaign performance, suggesting areas for improvement.
Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing events such as webinars, trade shows, product launches, or corporate conferences.
Help in preparing event materials and coordinating logistics.
Branding and Communication:

Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
Assist in monitoring and responding to customer feedback on social media or other channels.
Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and managing databases.
Learning and Development:

Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop marketing skills.
Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge in digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
