Job Description
Responsible for Technical Specification, design, analysis,optimization, proto, testing & validation of advanced traction motors (IPM,SynRM, SRM) for Electric Vehicle applications.
Perform motor electromagnetic simulation &optimize for Improved performance, efficiency & power/torque to weightratio to make motor best In-class
Perform characterization, parameter estimation,tuning and calibration of motor system on dyno.
Develop testing plans to validate motorelectromagnetic and thermal designs including performance and durability.
Work with mechanical engineers to create motor designdrawings, BOM etc. and release to manufacturing.
Responsible for DFMEA & DVP &R to meet performance,function, safety & durability requirements
