Role & responsibilities

Teaching and Academic Excellence:

• Conduct 20 hours of instructional time per week, including lectures, coaching sessions, labs, and group discussions.
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for foundation courses and competitive exams like JEE, NEET, and Olympiads.
• Mentor students, ensuring they reach their academic potential and foster a love for learning.

1. Test Paper Preparation and Coordination:
   
• Review the academic calendar and mock test plans.
• Collaborate with departments to create test papers, solutions, and marking criteria aligned with institutional and exam standards.
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely completion of test preparation tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:

• Proven experience teaching M.Sc. and B.Sc. students, with a track record of delivering excellent academic results.
• Experience teaching some of the top-performing students in Mangalore or similar regions.
• Familiarity with competitive exam coaching (JEE, NEET, Olympiads) is highly desirable.
• Subject Expertise:
  
• Strong command over the subject with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts effectively.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest developments in the field and relevant competitive exam syllabi.
