US IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for ENTRY-LEVEL (Freshers) Candidates for a Technical Recruiter position.
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
- Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Administering appropriate company assessments.
- Following up on the interview process status.
- When required perform admin work.

Work Hours: Night shift (7PM to 4AM)
