SAP SCM SAP Production Execution

Required Experience

• PE Configuration of PP-PI - ECC6.0 (preferable Pharmaceutical industry experience)
• Understanding of Production Execution related tables, user exits and reports
• Master Recipes & Production versions
• PI sheet ,X-Steps configuration & Shopfloor Paperwork
• Batch management and Batch derivation strategies
• Configuration of production supply areas and replenishment strategies
• Strong knowledge for subcontracting manufacturing processes
• GMP labeling solutions
• Knowledge of SAP interfaces to 3rd party Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems, BTP integration layer, use of process instruction characteristics, and IDoc Protocol
• Control Systems for managing times out of controlled storage (temperature and light sensitivity)
• PE integration with serialization process for product tracking and anti-counterfeiting

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify gaps, and develop solutions to enhance functionalities.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at different levels.
• Project Management: Proven experience in managing change implementation including design, configuration, testing, and post change support.
• SDLC Process Understanding
• Functional Specifications - Ability to read and understand existing Functional Specifications for all functional related custom enhancements
