SCM Operations Lead India & APAC

Our Sales Operations (SOP) team is dedicated to streamlining and optimizing the entire customer journey, from initial opportunity to final payment. As the Sales Operations Team Leader for the India & APAC region, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals. You will work closely with the regional head to drive operational excellence and achieve strategic business objectives

Role & responsibilities

Operational Excellence:

• Implement and maintain efficient order processing and workflows.
• Analyze sales and operational data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive continuous process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, procurement, supply chain, legal, product management) to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Focus:

• Prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Resolve customer issues and inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Works closely with the sales team and the customers to understand the business requirement and execute them

Material Planning :

• Coordinate with SCM team across region for timely planning of the material to & fro from Warehouse

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in sales operations leadership roles, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g.BI, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint).
