Order Processing Executive

The primary role is to ensure daily Purchase Order is verified and shared with team to get stocks ready and to enable dispatches from the Factory as per Clients Purchase Order timelines

- Responsible for maintaining the Order cycle and ensure timely delivery

- To co-ordinate with MT/Ecom/Qcom Clients and transporter in case of troubleshooting related to Appointments or any other delivery issue and communicate with them proactively

- Ability to understand and interpret Purchase Orders

- Maintaining an Excel/Google sheet tracker with daily update of Orders received at product level

- Keeping an Excel update of daily invoicing being generated

- To highlight stock gaps at product level against Orders raised and billing done

- To work with the Dispatch team to ensure smooth flow of work

- To ensure timely dispatch of all orders as per the appointment dates/delivery dates

- To ensure accurate documentation of dispatch report

- Should be excellent in Advanced Excel Working, Excel Formulas, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PIVOT TABLE, Google Sheets

- Ability to work with multiple teams i.e. Dispatch, Admin and Senior Team

- Should be good in verbal & written communication

- Ability to work in pace

- Should have prior experience in Order Processing Roles

Preferred candidate profile

- Work Experience in Order processing in Ecom/Qcom/MT space, managing Purchase Order cycle. Worked for 2-4 years in data management at Warehouses/Dark stores/Logistics

- Confident in talking to the clients for troubleshooting
