• Knowledge of Manpower procurement for foundry industry/ Compliances / ESI/PF/Labour Law°• Knowledge of all HR related Compliance Documentation (like contracts, staff files, agreements)
• Knowledge of IATF
• Knowledge of 5S & computer°LTA, BONUS, GRATUITY, LONG TERM ASSOCIATION BONUS
