Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of loan processing, collections, and cash flow forecasting.
  
• Ensure accurate registration processes for new customers and maintain database integrity.
  
• Analyze MIS reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in business operations.
  
• Manage CRM system to track customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaigns.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Bank Loan process, Collections Process, Handling Customer Queries, Registration process & Cash Flow Forecasting.
  
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) or similar tools.
