Job Description
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute engaging lessons aligned with the IGCSE English curriculum, covering language skills, literature, and textual analysis
- Student Assessment: Conduct assessments, mock exams, and coursework evaluations to track student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Differentiated Instruction: Tailor teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom
- Literary Analysis: Guide students in analyzing and interpreting various literary texts, developing their analytical and critical thinking skills
- Language Development: Focus on enhancing students language proficiency, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills
- Classroom Management: Maintain a conducive learning environment by managing classroom behavior and fostering a positive learning atmosphere
- Parental Communication: Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress, academic concerns, and goals
- Requirements:Bachelors degree in English Literature, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or relevant teaching qualifications
- Familiarity with the IGCSE English curriculum and assessment criteria
- Experience in teaching English at the secondary level, preferably with IGCSE students
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
