Key Responsibilities:

1. Counselling: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students, addressing their academic, personal, and career concerns.

2. Career Guidance: Help students explore career options, create career plans, and develop job search strategies.

3. Academic Support: Assist students in selecting courses, creating academic plans, and resolving academic issues.

4. Student Engagement: Develop and implement student engagement initiatives, promoting student success and retention.

5. Collaboration: Work with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to support student success and achievement.
