Job Description
Centroid is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS and OAB functional consultant to drive the functional testing effort in support of an EBS upgrade. The primary responsibilities will involve interfacing with client counterparts to understand the current solution and processes, write high quality test scripts, identify test data and execute testing in Oracle EBS 12.2.14

Duration
13 weeks

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in client Knowledge Transfer sessions to understand current process and solution design
• Perform functional testing of upgraded non-production environments in the areas of Oracle EBS Core HR and Oracle Advanced Benefits (OAB)
• Document test scripts
• Work with development and DBA to resolve issues found during testing
• Perform any required functional troubleshooting resulting from the upgrade; open Oracle SRs if necessary
• Modify setups, if required, due to changes during the upgrade
• Provide functional support to the business testers during User Acceptance Testing
• Support production cutover
• Provide post go-live Hypercare functional support

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience focused primarily on Oracle HRMS
• Release 12.2 experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to participate in client meetings up to 11pm India Standard Time
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
