1. Responsible for new business generation form clients.
2. Retention of existing business and ensuring continuous growth among existing clients.
3. Responsible for continuous addition of new clients with CFS group.
4. Responsible for organizing various corporate activities and ensuring their smooth functioning across CFS.
5. Responsible for new tie ups and account handling of Embassies to promote medical tourism.
6. Meeting the local medical practioner / poly clinics / nursing homes / hospitals empanelment for referring patients for high end treatments.
7. Conceptualize new initiatives for increasing sales and top of mind recall amongst potential patients/customers and to leverage the Hospital Brand.
8. Identify new referral segments, potential doctors, clinics, poly clinics, nursing homes, hospitals to drive future business.
9. Identify key sources for referral business.
10. Keep periodical visits to the referral doctors, clinics and associated potential parties.
11. Develop and manage the fiscal budget related to sales activities. Develop and execute plans within allocated budget. Ensure expenses remain within budgetary guidelines.
12. Gather information related to referral best practices in the healthcare industry strategies and programs.
13. Implement and co-coordinate all referral business and promotional activities to further enhance the impact of referral business initiatives.
14. Participate in sales training curriculum to enhance products / services knowledge, selling skills and other skill development programs, and compliance training related to promotional practices.
15. Focus areas and ways to ensure greater conversion of doctors and enhanced referrals.
