Job Description
Officer / Assistant Manager - Business Development Graduate/ Post-Graduate Experience / Role:
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
- Time Management and planning skills
- Strong verbal and written Communication skills
- Candidate with Post Graduation in Finance/Marketing will be preferred
- B2B Client Servicing
- Knowledge of Capital markets and understanding of Depository Space
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Good listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Attend face-to-face meetings with clients
- Make proposals, presentations, and be able to present to clients
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Co-ordinate and liaise with various departments
- Follow-up meetings/reminders with various departments and clients
- Conduct Training and Awareness Programmes for various officials and Investors
- Participate actively in Events/Seminars/Training programs hosted by the company
- Candidate should be willing to travel
